Was a comfortable base for christmas. The location was perfect and excellant, close to a Catholic cathedral. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby. The room was extremely pleasant in general, with shampoo. A minibar, central heating, and an iron where a nice touch. The stuff were all ACCOMMODATING and very, very nice.

The room was too small, the breakfast was such poor.

I absolutely adored the beautiful fresco on one of the walls in the hotel. It depicted the city of Strasbourg in such a charming and authentic way, transporting me back to the Renaissance era. The decoration throughout the hotel was truly captivating and added an extra layer of elegance to my stay. , as a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. Despite its historic charm, the hotel had modern amenities and facilities that made it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my time there.

I wish the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. As an elderly woman, I believe it's important for the staff to be considerate and accommodating to older individuals who may require extra assistance or patience.

This place is close to the Orangerie park and within a 30 to 35-minute walk to the city center and cathedral, with a great spot nearby to relax, Taverne de la Cathedrale.

The room, though small, was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided a simple but adequate start to the day. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its unique charm and excellent location. a delightful experience.
